There I was, working on “kick ass” projects with top people in the industry. There I was, making a lot of money. There I was, depleted of life, with a sense of sadness and desperation more appropriate to an 80 years old guy who spends his days and nights alone in a small room.
Did you ever felt that way?
Most of our life we take a journey in search for happiness, answers, fullfilment, completeness and peace in the outside world.
As the journey becomes longer, more harder and unsatisfactory with every step, we realize that the only place where we can find everything that is lasting is inside ourselves.
So we don’t need anything exterior to finally arrive? Not really… And only after that, the world begins to work with you side by side.
There are two types of leaders: those who prosper through the prosperity of others and those who prosper through the impoverishment of others.
First ones believe in abundance and they seek to develop everything. Others believe only in scarcity and they seek to just move the resources from “the bottom of the piramyd” to the top. What’s important is that both models could function in the exact environment with totaly opposite results. It’s not a question of resources, it’s just about beliefs.
And it’s not even about the leaders. The leaders are always the reflection of the collective consciousness of those who choose them.
Do you believe that the only way to have what you intend, want, need is by depriving someone else of it? Or do you believe in abundance for all?
How the world would like if all people suddenly start to believe in abundance?
Shortest path to freedom: drop everything that you don’t like to do or be. Now!
Focus only on what you love, never work against your own nature. It’s simple, hard to implement, but it’s the essence of freedom and a great life.
Everyone has unlimited potential and your job as manager, boss, professor, role model, mentor, is to help people to develop it into capacity, not to build more limitations and fears inside them.
Beware of the moments when life seduces us! There are many ways, but finally only one destination: taking things and life itself way too seriously! So we loose freedom and become slaves to illusions.
